My Name is Joanna. 

​I am a nationally registered business psychologist specialising in enterprise change management, employee experience management, and business performance excellence.

 

I work with leaders and organisations to deliver large-scale transformation by combining people science and organisational culture evolution with practical expertise in change management that drives data and digital capabilities and adoption. ​

My approach is grounded in the view that effective organisations don't avoid disruption - they design for it, and navigating change well isn't a skill, it's a culture that starts with individual mindset.

A bit about my background

With 20 years of professional experience, I bring a wealth of expertise in the people side of change for enterprise transformation, organisational culture development, employee experience management, and human-centred design.

Throughout my career, I have earned a reputation for my pursuit of excellence and my ability to deliver tangible and measurable results. What sets me apart is my ability to instil clarity in periods of complexity, my tenacity and commitment to finding a solution, building trusting relationships and placing the human experience at the core of business transformation. 

I have worked with and successfully supported numerous national and multinational organisations spanning diverse industries, including private enterprise, government, higher education, and not-for-profit sectors, both within Australia and internationally.
